Instruction on how to sign up

[Sign-up] Signing up for a member is completed by viewing the terms of use, consenting to the privacy policy, and registering items in a certain form through the [Membership Signup] menu, and you can use the service for free as soon as you sign up.
You need not enter each and every information you need to enter when placing an order. You can always participate in joint purchase and auction events. You can participate in a variety of events for members and various discount events.

How to order

Product order takes place in the following steps:
- Step1: Product search
- Step2: Add to cart
- Step3: Log in with member ID or non-member order
- Step4: Place an order
- Step5: Choose payment method and pay
- Step6: Order success screen (order number)
For non-member orders, be sure to take note of the order number and approval number (for card payment) in step 6. If you are a member, however, it is automatically saved, so you do not need to do so.

How to pay

In case of payment in large amount, the credit card company may give you a confirmation call for safety. During the verification process, if it is determined that the order is not a normal one, such as use of a stolen card or an order in the name of another person, the order may be withheld or canceled arbitrarily.  
For bank transfer, payment can be made through PC banking, Internet banking, telebanking, or directly from a nearby bank.  
The name of the depositor entered at the time of order and the name of the actual depositor must match, and the deposit must be made within 7 days; orders for which payment has not been deposited will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Instruction

  • Shipping Method: Courier
  • Ship to: All areas nationwide
  • Shipping Fee: Additional shipping fee of KRW 2,500 is added when it is below the minimum purchase order of KRW 21,000.
  • Shipping Period: 3 to 7 days
  • Shipping Information: There may be cases wherein you need to pay an additional fee for remote mountainous areas or islands.
Products ordered by customers will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Depending on the product type, however, there may be a delay in product delivery.

How to exchange/return

Exchange and return address

Exchanges and returns are possible when:
-Within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product. In the case of home appliances, however, exchange/return is not possible if the product value is lost due to the opening of the packaging or damage to the packaging.
-If the contents of the goods supplied are different from the contents of the display or advertisement, or the services are performed differently, within 3 months of the date of supply and within 30 days of the date of recognizing the facts.
Exchange and return are not possible when:
-The product is lost or damaged due to the customer's mishandling. Excluded if only the packaging is damaged for verification purposes
-The product has lost its value due to the opening of the packaging or damage to the packaging
  (Example: Home appliances, food, music, etc. However, returns/exchanges for defective pixels such as laptops with LCD screens attached, LCD monitors, and digital cameras are subject to the manufacturer's standards.)
"-The value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption.
In the case of cosmetics, etc., however, it is limited only to cases wherein a trial product is provided."
-The value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to a significant passage of time.
-The packaging of products that can be reproduced is damaged

※ The customer should bear the cost of returning the product when making an exchange or return due to change of mind.
  (Including color exchange, size exchange, etc.)

How to refund

In the case of refund, we will refund the payment amount within 3 business days of confirming the return status.
In the case of payment by credit card, credit card authorization is canceled so that payment will not be charged.
(In case the payment amount can be charged in accordance with the payment date of the credit card, however, the credit card will be refunded at the time of next month's credit card payment.)

Others

Period of Use
Points saved from an order will be converted into actual available points after 20 days from the time of delivery completion check. For 20 days, it is classified as unused points. Unused points are points for orders that are not actually purchased in preparation for returns and cancellations.
The available points (total points-used points-unused points) can be used immediately when purchasing the product.
Terms of Use
When using the saved points, the minimum purchase (the amount of points required for making purchases) is 0 won. When using the saved points, the maximum purchase (the maximum amount of points that can be used for single trial) has “no limit.”
Condition of Expiration
When canceling/refunding an order, the points accumulated by purchasing the product will be canceled as well. Upon membership withdrawal, the saved points will automatically expire. Even if there are no additional points saved for 3 years from the final date of occurrence of the saved points, the points will expire.
